Highway Care become the latest company to be bought by Ramudden Global.
Today, 11th February, Ramudden Global a network of infrastructure safety companies have announced the purchase of UK based safety solutions provider Highway Care.
Based in Kent, and known for pioneering safety technologies, Highway Care has long been a trusted partner in enhancing highway safety across the UK, offering a broad range of products, including permanent and temporary road barriers, as well as the Automated Cone Laying Machine (ACLM).
In joining Ramudden Global, Highway Care becomes part of a network of companies with over 5,000 employees across 12 different countries and sales of €1 billion a year.
In a statement on its website Highway Care announced the sale, saying,
